Pasta Classes
Come and learn from our multi-award-winning fresh pasta chef Otello!
During the class class, you will get to snack on antipasti, sip on wine, and learn how to make pasta dough and shape it into three different pasta shapes that you can make at home without a pasta machine! If you do have a pasta machine and would like to learn more shapes, we can tailor the class to your skill level and what you want out of the class.
After the class you have the choice to either be served the pasta you just learned to make with a sauce of your choice, or something from the menu and take the pasta you made home to make yourself!
With the class, you can expect:
a hello and welcome with a drink of your choice and an antipasto snack
an apron so we can send you home clean
Lunch or dinner, selected from our menu, and made either from the pasta made during the class, or our own bronze extruded pasta
Class without equipment
This option requires no pasta equipment, so if you want to learn but don’t want to buy or have a pasta machine at home, this is the option for you! This class uses a dough called ‘pasta bianca’, with just semolina and water, and is vegan friendly!

Class with Equipment
This option is for those who have a pasta machine at home, or want to buy one! This class uses a dough with egg.

How to Book
Important Information
We can currently do classes on our pasta bench for one or two people. If you would like to book for more than two people we need to set up the area differently, so if you plan for a larger group, please make this clear in the form below and we will get in touch to organise things so we can make sure that we deliver the best class and price for you.
You can book a class at the following times:
Days: Friday, Saturday (more days to be added soon)
Time Slots: 13:00, 16:00
Single Person: £50
Two People/Couple: £80
